In Magic Knife, players throw a magical blade that returns to their hand after each strike, creating a continuous loop of action. The game features enemies with multiple arms, each resembling a stick figure, that must be hit precisely to eliminate them. Targets require one, two, or three taps on the head depending on their health, allowing for combo kills when multiple enemies are hit in a single throw.
