Keep your bait moving slowly and steadily underwater to attract more fish—sudden movements may scare them away. Position the bait near the center of the screen where fish are most likely to appear, especially when aiming for rare species. Hold the bait in place for a few seconds after casting to give fish time to bite before starting to reel in.
