Plan your track layout before placing any sections to avoid having to remove or reposition them mid-level. Use barriers strategically to pause slower wagons and prevent collisions with faster ones. Always check the delivery order—some animals must be picked up or dropped off in a specific sequence to complete the level successfully.
In Animal in Rails!, players connect and redirect railway tracks across global locations to guide animal-carrying wagons safely to a trader's base. Each level requires arranging track segments to ensure wagons reach the locomotive in the correct delivery order, avoiding collisions between trains. Players can install, remove, or rotate track pieces using the mouse, with the right-click or demolition mode to take down sections. Railway barriers can delay trains to prevent crashes, and players can pick up new pets along the way, adding variety. Every three completed levels unlocks a village upgrade, offering new tools or challenges to assist in future puzzles.
